How do my questions here, and all the answers, appear on Rockland County Jewish Center?

Last night I asked a question. The question and answer appeared in the Rockland County Jewish Center, Jewish Family Service.Questo site is the link: http://www. jewishfamilyservice. net / blog-Hebrew / Jewish – the blessing Brachot-why-do-Jews-by-god-daily-arent-a-donnaCome-I can prevent this from happening in the future. (Incidentally, the answers were deliberately offensive and disgusting any) for reading.

Perhaps, someone is reading questions of this nature, and copy/pasting them to that site..for topics of conversation

Our questions and answers here appear all OVER the internet, if you know how to look for them. This happens in 2 ways, partly legal, partly not so much.

    1) LEGAL (mostly) — http://developers.yahoo.com/answers
That is a website set up by Yahoo for developers of OTHER websites to ‘pick the brains’ of Yahoo Answers. They can use simple code provided by Yahoo — to pull ANY questions and answer from Yahoo Answers and display them on their own site(s). The only thing they need to do is give CREDIT to Yahoo Answers. Some do, some don’t bother, which is where they start to cross the line into the territory of ‘not so much’.

    2) NOT SO LEGAL — RSS feeds
RSS feeds appear all over this site, for specific search results, for your own questions (look at your profile page for the RSS icon there), for specific questions and their answers (look at the “SAVE” feature and you’ll see the RSS feed link at the bottom of the choices there) . People can ’subscribe’ to these RSS feeds. That means they can then post them on their own sites. Again, they SHOULD give credit to Yahoo Answers as the source, but many don’t, and go out of their way to disguise the actual source even. The bigger problem is the while we use NICKNAMES on Yahoo Answers to disguise our identity, on SOME of the sites, the source of the question or answer — is the originating EMAIL address of the poster. Which strips us of our privacy — and makes us victims of spammers / scammers. This is NOT legal, but we have no real recourse to stop it.

I’ve found my OWN answers on sites about Honda automobiles, self-help, home improvement, etc.

How would that be possible? I mean..stopping that from happening? How could you stop anyone from copying and pasting anything that’s on the internet?

Sorry you took such offense at the answers – I didn’t find them “disgustingly” so; just somewhat aggressive. I think you have anger management issues and hatred issues that you should address. It’s immature and unbecoming…
